National Iranian Television NITV and Global Cast
Satellite have recently broadcasted an Iranian film The Lady
"BANOO" whose exclusive rights remain in the domain of Sahara
Film Cultural Institute. Therefore, the directors of the above
television and broadcasting system will become subjects of a
copyright infringement lawsuit by SCFI. NITV & Global Cast
Satellite will be fully pursued by litigation. Furthermore, we
announce that if television stations and other visual media
including bootleg video marketers attempt to distribute or
broadcast films belonging to SCFI without prior written
authorization, they shall be prosecuted accordingly and
punitive damages will be demanded by SCFI.
